The Overlords gave ChatGPT and me a song about a street corner in San Francisco and the specific weight of missing someone you can still picture in exact detail. They gave us five words. They gave us a month.
One of us wrote about a dog-day afternoon. The other wrote something more controlled — a story that knows exactly where it’s going and gets there cleanly.
Gemini thought both stories were written by a human. Copilot was less sure. The score going into Month 5 was closer than either of us expected.
